What is your impression seeing this car?I just love to see Lamborghini design. It was totally awsome and cool.The 2008 Geneva Motor Show is the host of many extraordinary cars. In this case, the beauty is Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, which is powered by a direct injected 5.2-liter V10 engine. It produces 560hp, that gave a part of it’s name and it reaches 0 to 62mph in just 3.7 seconds, being able to ride at a maximum speed of 201mph.

Lamborghini has worked hard on this one and along with the power and design improvement, they have also reduced fuel consumption and CO2 emission by 18 percent.

Lamborghini Rolls Out 10,000th Gallardo

Lamborghini announced this week that they have finished building the 10,000th Gallardo. This is a turning point for the supercar automaker who were skeptical about how well the new model was going to do. President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini said that this is a sign that this is their most successful model to date.

BF performance once more taken one step to another level of Lambo design.Take a peek of BF performance transformation which people have been talking about lately.

BF-Performance of Zug, Swizerland, has just released a louder take on what a Lamborghini Gallardo should be. According to them, “the Swiss have superior weight…The Gallardo is too chaste and neither dynamic nor individual enough.”

Uhh…Right. Looks like they’re honest however, because their take on the hottest Gallardo outcome in the GT600; it’s a sculpt that slots strike dab in the core into their Lambo team, right between the Gallardo-based GT540 and Murcielago-underpinned GT660.

BF’s GT600 loses 43 kilos (that’s 95 pounds) and picks up wing (not scissor) doors, a carbon aero-kit, and a vigor boost. The aero parts consist of a front splitter, skirts, rear diffuser, and a wing, while the strength boost to 600 ponies is mysteriously unexplained.

Regardless, BF says their GT600 beat a SV Murcielago around the Sachsenring by 0.6 seconds. Their Gallardos can also be converted to two-wheel send, creating a Super Balboni of sorts.

If footstep years are on the patron’s beware, BF also provides tribe-day outfitting for the car. “Apart from the sports pail seats, BF-performance also offers five-argument belts, a rotate-over confine and a carbon-pottery braking method with which the GT600 meets the main racing values.”

The car is evidently promptly, and while it seems that it’s kind of like an aftermarket form of the Superleggera, there’s one axiom in the force emit that may go somewhat over the top:

“The Swiss specialist is forever one measure before of the Italian manufacturer.” Bold terms, fellas…

New Lamborghini Gallarado by Edo Competition

Edo Competition always surprises us with a new preparation of a Lamborgini, this time I touch the most touched by all, the Lamborghini Gallardo, the same that has become a LP560 / 4 to 40 hp more power, achieving a perfect 600 hp thanks to featuring a new exhaust system, plus a recalibrated ECU to help him breathe better.

They’ve also added some nice tires on 19 “plus a suspension multiajustable. The new Gallarado Edo can run from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3.5 seconds with a speed of 340 km / h. A Lamborghini is not bad, tires are preferred by many, but otherwise we can not judge just see the images after the page break.

Lamborghini Urus 2012, the future rival of Enzo II (FX70)

The Urus is the name that will rival the Lamborghini closely with the future of Ferrari supercar (model will be called FX70). The Urus is clearly above the bat and will incorporate a new style. It is not certain that looks like what we see in the picture, but possibly give us some idea of what will be seen next year in some of the rooms.

The new Italian beast will have a V12 engine (shared with Jack, replacement of the Bat) but with 800 horsepower, and acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h will be less than three seconds. The chassis and body will be carbon fiber and body shall consist of two pieces of aluminum.

Before seeing the spectacular Urus, the signature of bull presented to Jack, and Estoque (supposedly). In the case of the latter is in doubt because it was not good news when it was introduced. Particularly, I thought it was a bad move. If it goes on sale hopefully have several modifications.

Pictured Urus appreciate a very interesting, most significantly, its musculature, the skirts and spoilers integrated (which for some reason remind me of the McLaren F1 LM), tires, spoiler, air intake side, the design of the window and aggressiveness he has. This is not the model being developed specifically Lambo is only an interpretation of what it could do the signing. It is the work of Active-Design.

In what could be one of the most interesting and at the same time, most confusing press releases we’ve read recently, Lamborghini decided to answer back to the folks over at UK magazine Autocar and all those that reproduced the story on the cancelation/delay of the production version of the Estoque concept that was shown at last autumn’s Paris Show. We remind you that Autocar’s report cited Lamborghini’s head of research and development, Maurizio Reggianni as saying that “the Estoque has been put on ice for the time being”.

Lamborghini has not taken any decision to produce its Estoque concept car,” said the Italian company in the press release. “As stated when the car was shown, Lamborghini believes that if a third model line should ever be added to its product line up, a four door luxury performance saloon could be a logical product strategy. No decision has been made to produce the Estoque.”

In other words, what Lamborghini is saying is that how could it be possible that it has cancelled plans to produce the Estoque when it hasn’t even taken the decision to build it… Then again, since no decision has been made, there is a strong possibility that Lamborghini could give the green light. Confused? Don’t worry, so, are we…

Amazing Lamborghini’s hardcore Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce at Geneva

Santa Agata’s new top of the line model is a lighter, more powerful and even faster Murcielago LP 640 that will be produced in a limited run of just 350 units. With the output of the 6.5 liter V12 increased from 630HP to 670HP and a weight reduction of 100 kg (220 lbs) that was achieved by redeveloping the car in every aspect – from chassis to engine and transmission, right through to the interior, the all-wheel drive Murcielago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce can go from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds and achieve a top speed of around 342 km/h (212 mph).

The SuperVeloce is equipped as standard with Lamborghini’s sequential, automated manual transmission e.gear while as a no-premium option, it is also available with a six-speed manual transmission.

The most extreme version of the Murcielago to date can be easily identified on the outside by its new front and rear, the transparent engine bonnet and the unique forged alloy wheels clad in 245/35 ZR 18 Pirelli rubber up front and 335/30 ZR 18 atr the rear. Buyers can also choose between two different extra-large carbonfiber rear wings. With the small standard-fit rear spoiler, top speed stands at 342 km/h (212 mph), while the large “Aeropack Wing” and its added downforce gives a top speed of 337 km/h (209 mph).

Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 to Italian Police

If it were anything like our roads here, it would be packed with locally produced cars, modified beyond recognition and driven by maniacs – but then again, with police cars like the one pictured above, one might actually have to think twice before laying a heavy foot on the accelerator.

Based on the new Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 model, this new police cruiser comes fully equipped with every gadget that a copper would ever need – everything from video cameras that transmit their feeds wirelessly in real time, to built-in gun racks, organ refrigerators (?!), and even defibrillators. It’s a shame that they don’t come with those cool EMP shockwave thingys we always see in the movies, but our guess is that Italian cops prefer the more hands on approach since every car also comes with a Paletta – a traditional hand-held stop sign.

On the one hand, it’s a good way to ensure that drivers toe the line on Italian roads. On the other, some people might just intentionally flaunt the law in central and Southern Italy just to get a closer look at the new Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia. The police-prepped Gallardo was recently donated to the Italian State Police at the Viminale Palace.

Replacing the 2004 Gallardo that’s seen 87,000 miles of patrol duty and emergency medial transport in and around Rome, the LP560-4 Polizia goes into service immediately with the Lazio Highway Police Department.
The distinctive, “blu Polizia” paint job is accented by white stripes that follow the contours of the Gallardo’s body, and the roof lights are specially designed to take the car’s speed capability into account.

The 560-horsepower, 203-mph supercar serves as more than just a visible tool for deterring speeders. It’s a fully functional squad car, with radio, holster, cardiac defibrillator and other safety equipment. The police Gallardo is equipped with a state-of-the-art onboard video unit called the “Proof Video Data System.” An in-car camera is linked with a GPS receiver that can transmit images and information on the Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia’s location to the nearest police station, as well as accurately calculating the speed of the vehicle that’s being pursued. Stolen-car and other criminal information can be transmitted quickly and efficiently. Want to argue that you’re innocent? The “Proof Video Data System” features a portable screen on which an officer can show you exactly why you’re being cited.

In addition to running down speeders, the Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia can be used for emergency medical transport. The car’s front luggage compartment has been fitted with a refrigeration unit, allowing it to carry donor organs from hospital to hospital with extreme urgency.

The Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia is the third Gallardo police car. The first two have clocked 87,000 and 65,000 miles respectively to date, and have been remarkably reliable with no reported service visits other than routine maintenance.
